Flush analyses your photos entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Nothing is ever uploaded, scanned in the cloud, or seen by anyone else. You always review Flush's suggestions before anything happens, and deleting always goes through your Photos app's own Recently Deleted — nothing is ever permanently deleted without your say.
