FAQ
How does cleaning up my photos work?
Flush scans your camera roll on your device and sorts photos into a few categories: exact copies, similar shots (near-duplicates, like burst photos), blurry or out-of-focus, too dark, and generally low quality. You review each group and swipe to keep or flush — nothing is deleted automatically. Once you've reviewed a group, you confirm the batch and Flush deletes exactly what you chose.
Where do deleted photos go?
Flushed photos go straight to your device's Recently Deleted album in Photos, exactly like deleting a photo yourself. They stay recoverable there for the period Photos normally keeps deleted items (typically 30 days) before being permanently removed, so a Flush mistake is never a one-way trip.
How do subscriptions work?
Flush starts with a 3-day free trial covering 2,000 cleanups. After that, plans are weekly subscriptions (20,000 or 50,000 cleanups a week) billed through the App Store. See Terms of use for the full subscription terms.
How do I restore a purchase or check my subscription?
Open Flush → Settings → Your plan, and tap Restore to restore a previous purchase, or Manage subscription to see your current plan, change it, or cancel — this opens Apple's own subscription management screen.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or via Flush → Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do invites work?
Every install gets its own invite code, shown in Settings → Invite friends. Share it, and when 2 friends subscribe with your code (their first paid charge, not a free trial), you get 20,000 bonus cleanups added on top of whatever plan you're on. You can also enter a friend's code from the same screen.
Is my data private?
Yes — your photos are analysed entirely on your device and never uploaded. See the full Privacy policy for exactly what limited, anonymous data Flush does send (an anonymous install ID for invites, and optional anonymous usage analytics you can turn off in Settings).
